What Makes Me Different Than Other Therapists?

What sets me apart from the many therapists in the community is my training and experience and my clinical style. In addition to having broad training in the most current evidence-based therapies, I have extensive experience working with families and couples in addition to individuals. My style is very down-to-earth with a balance between collaboration and guidance. Therapy is a very personal and often profound endeavor and one that I take seriously. I believe that good therapy is an art and I constantly aim to make the conversations I have with my clients ones which produce insight, direction, and ultimately, change.

How Do You Know If You Need Help?

The following questionnaires are designed to help you assess the issue(s) you are struggling with. Please note that they are not intended to replace a mental health or psychiatric evaluation but are designed to offer an indication of whether treatment may be indicated.

Can Insurance Be Used?

I am an in-network provider with multiple insurance companies including:

  • Aetna
  • Magellan
  • Value Options
  • Cigna
  • Military OneSource
  • Various EAP programs

For clients who have PPO plans with companies with which I am not in-network, I can provide a receipt for services for reimbursement purposes. I can assist with contacting your insurance company to determine your exact benefits. For clients who do not use insurance, out of pocket payment is accepted using cash, check or credit card.
