Jessica Hancock Fodor, MA, MFT, LPCC

Jessica has over 20 years of experience treating adolescents, families, couples and individuals of all lifestyles.

Jessica Hancock Fodor, MA, LMFT, LPCC Jessica has been practicing psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families and groups for over twenty years. She is dually licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (License MFC35431) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (License LPCC843).  Jessica has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California at San Diego and a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from the University of San Diego.  In addition to her psychotherapy practice, Jessica served as Director of Mental Health and Family Services at Phoenix House of San Diego, a nationally recognized substance abuse treatment program where she treated adolescents and their families for over fifteen years.  She is an AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists) Clinical Fellow and Approved Clinical Supervisor and provides training and supervision to Master's level therapists. She is also adjunct faculty at the University of San Diego Marital and Family Therapy graduate program. Jessica is a Clinical Member of CAMFT (California Association for Marriage and Family Therapists).

Using a collaborative, contemporary style, Jessica combines clinical experience and skill with practical life experience to help clients reach their treatment goals.  She has extensive experience working with families and is comfortable working with clients of various lifestyles and ages (adolescent through adult).  Her specialties include working with adolescents and their families, substance abuse issues, self-esteem issues, survivors of physical and sexual abuse and relationship issues. Jessica is married and a parent of two children.
